How to set Chrome as default browser on Windows PC
If you are on a windows PC, and your default browser has switched to Microsoft Edge, follow these steps to set it back to Google Chrome.
- On the task bar, in the search type in "default apps" and click on it.
- In the "Set a default for a file type or link type" field type in .html and click on it.
- Click on Microsoft Edge and then replace with Google Chrome. Click Set default.
This will replace it with Google Chrome so that it will open by default.
