WHAT:

        How to download free, already pushed out apps, from the self service portal on the iPad.

SOLUTION:

        Navigate to the self service app on your iPad

        Once there, you will see several categories. Depending on what you are using the iPad for, you will select the category that best suits you (for example: if you are an elementary teacher, you'd select the Elementary category).

        There you will see a list of apps that we already push out. Feel free to download any of them that you'd like. 

        NOTE: if you notice that there is an app that isn't downloading for you, please email tsupport@alexschools.org to get this resolved. This is likely because there needs to be more licenses pushed out.
