Requesting new Software / Website Access

Search for software/websites to determine approval status if already reviewed.
Approval statuses:
“Approved for Use” - Allowed to be installed and supported.
“Approved with Restriction” - Allowed with specific approvals or features removed.
“Allowed - Not Endorsed by Alexandria Schools” - Allowed access but not supported.
“Reviewed and Denied” - Not allowed for use.
“Pending” - Awaiting review for appropriate Approval Status.
“Unknown” - Not submitted for review.
If the software/website is not listed, you can click Show Results if the LearnCommunity Library if it is known.
If the software is known, you can hover over the software icon and click request.
Fill out the questionnaire for review and click submit.
If the software is not known, hover over Missing Product? and click Request Product.
Fill out the questionnaire and click Submit Request.
You may also work with the building secretaries for assistance in submitting for new software/website access.
