Keyboard/Mouse issues
If your keyboard and/or mouse stops working, please try the following. * for wired, try different usb ports. * for wireless, try putting the dongle in a different usb port, if that doesn't work, replace batteries. There should be a on/off switch, make sure they are turned on. Please reach out to Tech Support if those options don't solve the problem.

Rearranging Classroom Process
Typically, classroom teachers are not allowed to move the technology in their classrooms. Their is usually one network port in each room and if the tech is moved, then it will not function properly. If there is a need for the teacher's workstation to be moved, we encourage teachers to reach out to the building administrator for approval. They will make the final decision on whether technology is to be moved or not. If the classroom requires that a network port be installed, the building admin will make the decision on whether to cover the cost of this. They will then put in a ticket to tech to make this request. If the request is approved, we will get that classroom added to our project list for the port to be installed. Once installed, tech support will schedule an appointment to move the technology. If you have any questions about this process, please reach out to your building administrator for more information.
